The best thing to do in this case is to refuse the short sale. If eveyone refuses the short sale based on that condition then they will bend. I mean they want offers with no contingencies so we as investors should demand payoffs with no contingencies.

Nick,
what i sent George was basically invoice the fee as a dollar amount and not as a percentage because it can be construed as a commission. So if your fee is 1.5% of $100k don't list your fee as 1.5% but as $1,500 fee.

Contractors and different companies receive their payments at closing and the difference is how you get paid

Also George you aren't responsible for anyone getting a fee at closing because you aren't an attorney so that doesn't lay in your hands. If a tite company releases the fee they are the ones that provide the insurance and risk so you are worried about something that has nothing to do with you. Trust the fact that if something is illegal a title company won't do it.

i can't see where anybody that has the program is making money. it seems like everyone is trying to sell his programs. instead if they had any sense or if the program is like they promote it would seem like that would want to partner up with investors that need the cash so they can have bird dogs and make relationships that they can profit while doing little work.

it's not worth it in my opinion. all you will do is sign up looking for a magic bullet then you will be a door to door salesmane, selling some products getting away from real estate.

his books go into the mechanics of real estate investing more so than the actual buying and selling. if you want to learn creative investing you should start with this forum, if you want to learn buying and selling then you should pass.

hey Josh, i have been to your directory, and i see all the fields except for real estate investment company as an option. as investor oriented as this site is, you know you should have an investment category or foreclosure category.

Rookie Matt Ryan was looking a little unprepared for the game until the second quarter, now he has his offense fired up. If they go for the th and 1 and make it, they will sock Az in the mouth and I think will take the game.

Az is looking good so far stopping the run, but so focused on the run is opening Atlanta passing attack.

gotta run!

stutz how much are you paying to forward each call using skype? i signed up and i think the cost is $1 for each forward, which could get expensive especially if you get a few hundred calls per week. i think it might be cheaper to get a minute cell phone where you can buy minutes for $10 or more.

Tom C, i think you missed the point. the poster is looking for a way to double close reo's which might be ok, if you can find a buyer that will not think they can cut you out.

why would they deal with you when they can deal with the bank. where did you get the idea from?
