I am thinking something even cheaper than that @Kristopher K. I drove through Leicester and Spencer the other weekend and wasn't a huge fan. Now, I want to check out Holden, West Boylston, and Rutland

@Shaun Reilly looking to lower my living expenses. and my wife vetoed a move to S.C.

My wife will be commuting to Northborough daily and I will be commuting to Lexington, but only about twice a week so that is not a major concern. Both by car

I am planning a move to Worcester County, Massachusetts. I think there are alot of people on here working that county... What would be a good town to buy a duplex and live in one half? Something where the numbers work reasonably well but is a nice place to live too...

Thanks!

Haha. Thanks @Jason Dillard . My sister lives in Greer. Sounds like there are some pretty good deals there! Do you go to any REI clubs?

Hey Y'all,

Anyone on here from the Greenville area? How is the buy and hold market there? Difficult to find cash flowing properties?

I have family there, enjoy the weather and the lower cost of living. I am wondering, how difficult is it to find a duplex in which one side pays the mortgage?

Thanks!

-Sean

Paul Timmins That is good advice to anyone. I was going to the Black Diamond and Chelmsford REIA meetings consistently during the first half of the year, which were both great.

Thanks for all the responses. Lots of good ideas. I have alot to think about; but, I have time. I won't be doing any more marketing or buying any RE until I have finished at least a few appraisals.

Marco Santarelli my goal is to not have to work until I die :)
