So, after a 3 mos. experiment with wholesaling I am back to the 9 to 5. I know I want to invest in real estate but with the job (which I like so far) I was considering a hands off approach with the best possible return. So, All ye turnkey masters, what can I expect?

Would love to hear from @Chris Clothier but wouldn't mind supporting an up and comer like @Brandon Turner (u know you want to start a turnkey business). Also, is there anybody in Massachusetts that does this?
