My understanding is that if you live in a small multifamily you may discriminate in NH.  Of course I am not an attorney and this will not protect you from frivolous law suits from people that do not understand that you are allowed to...

How are you planning to navigate the next pricing correction?

I am planning to expand my real estate/business activities as aggressively as possible... but I want to be wise to historical market cycles.  

Also, please no, “I am taking a break” or “sitting this one out.”  In my estimation we are unable to estimate when it will happen, but, in the mean time I need to do something with my time :). Thanks y’all
