He’s a superhero defending his clients financial risks and was summarily chastised by WCNC local news and the John Oliver show. Bowman will discuss landlording in the Covid era and what you can do to navigate this time and come out on top with your rent paid.

I'll be discussing the coming foreclosure avalanche and how to capitalize on it through buying pre-foreclosures with the subject to method and will aim to offend you pathetic mask wearing noobs for 4 months worth of missed meetings.

Natalie Kolodij is 1 part nerdy accountant, 1 part rock n roll, and 1 part real estate investor and she is going to enter the trenches to help us get Uncle Sam’s hands out of our pockets. The problem with most accountants is they are order takers; they take what you did, add it up and spit out an answer. Natalie was a tax pro that started to invest in real estate and figured out quick that there was an under-served market of tax strategy in the real estate investing field. Real estate provides so many ways to reduce your taxes but if you don’t have the right tax strategist in your corner then you lose the one of the most powerful advantages of real estate. 

Natalie is that tax pro with the angles and she is going to show us which type of entities are best for which transactions, she will give us some last minute December maneuvers to lighten our tax liability and discuss overall strategies we should be using to reduce our taxes.

Remember, it’s not what you earn that matters, but what you keep, so this meeting will be one of the most valuable meetings you will attend this year. Be there or pay more in taxes, your choice.
