I am new to this site but I am not new to Fix/Flipping or Investing, I've been flipping houses for ten years locally and we own a few rentals. My question is whats the secret to flipping out of state. Do you use a all in one real estate office The ones that have their own rehab crews or do you just start buliding a team one contractor at a time. Any tips would be very helpful

Just want to add: Great job Josh, Love this site. I've only posted a couple threads But the people on this site are Awsome I wish I had this site when I started 10 years ago

Hello My name is Scott, this is my first post. I have been following this site for months now. This site is a wealth of information (I've spent hours reading old blogs and articles) just want to say thank you for being here. I have been investing in SFH's and duplexes in around my home for ten years, and have just bought my first SFH on the East coast. I do all my investing with Private funds and I would like to make the jump to bigger units. I was wondering if there were any apartment investors in the area that I could take to lunch or coffee to let me ask questions and here how you got stared. I will be happy to come to you. Thanks for time.
