Rasing funds for what? You own the land. I have a colleague down there they just may be able to partner, He builds and you split the profit 50/50, DO YOU already own the land,if so location ?

So than what are you raising money for ?

For the construction cost and for multiple projects

Sorry I thought you wanted to have the builder go 50/50 with you. I need the exact locations, do you have permits already in place, do the lots already have utilities? I just MAY BE able to assist you with either finding a builder and or funding,
