@Arn Cenedella I never thought to be pleased with a 5% in the US market šŸ˜ I know there are higher rates but I guess you pay other prices for it (high risk)

@Jamie Grubb thatā€™s what Iā€™m trying to find out, markets with higher cap rates. You are right with the conclusion that my investors are looking over the 10% while in reality 6-7% are more likely to find

@Phillip Christie look for an experienced investor to JV with and/or look for another lander.

Wrote everything you think can benefit you in managing a mf: tapirs you did on your investment, maybe experience from you day job of managing process/people/payroll.

@Bjorn Ahlblad thank you! I canā€™t agree more, I also think itā€™s risky but Iā€™m getting a hard time to find a better cap rate. Can you give me an example for mid America market you think I can find these numbers?
