@Sara Aviv Berger Thank you for the motivation, I do agree that it is possible with the right knowledge and team. Plus my job is mostly remote so it's completely possible to go view a property and even be around for weeks at a time for rehab, strengthening relationships, etc.

Hope Israel is going well! Happy things are working well for you.

 Thank you for the greetings! I hope you will do great as well :)

If you have any questions on how and what, I’d love to connect and help in every way I can.

@Lucas Anderson

Hi Lucas,

I live in Israel and I invest in the US for the past 4 years.

You don’t need any “head examining’, it is complex but it is possible!

I don’t know what analysis you did before you chose the marker of Omaha but I’m assume you checked all the statistics, now you need to build yourself a team of professionals to help you start your way.

Good luck!

I can recommend turbo tenant but also heard that hemline are good

Toda Raba !!

How is Innago ? Also what special on turbo tenant ?

 @Sara Aviv Berger@Alon A. You can not list on zillow through Turbotenant any more.  I think it's the same for Hemlane.
Make sure you ask them what's the latest, and what's the speed of listing. Waiting for 24-48 hours for the listing to show up isn't ideal.

 yes, I  totally agree

I’m not familiar with Innago, I do know RentRedi, very similar to Turbo tenant. Turbo tenant just covers everything you need as a landlord. Receive payments, communicate with tenants, list a property, screening, get applications and more.

@Jason Shackleton Hi :)

I live in Israel, I help clients from Israel purchase rentals in the US, as for myself, I do fix and flip.

I think the most important key for success when you’re investing remotely is understand how this business works, start with knowing to check what’s the property value.

I had rentals that took too long to rehab and put a tenant in and I learn that it is not PASSIVE income at all. If you want things to move faster and better you need to work for it!

I think that education is first key to success- learn all there is to know about RE investing, find local reliable professionals is second key and buy lower than market price.

Good luck!

@Evan Polaski thank you!

Yes, I’m aware of out of state risks, I did several investments the last two years without me being present all along
