Hi,

I have 6 lots in Lehigh Acres FL, and I would like to build new SFH.

not sure yet if the best idea will be for resale or build to rent. any thoughts on that?

I'm interested in building a mutual beneficial partnership with a local builder and hopfully move forward and build more houses after this first project.

what is a best model of partnership from your experience beside 50/50 of the total investment?

the value I can bring is raising the funds.

thank you!

@Sara Aviv Berger The “partnering with a builder/contractor 50/50” has never made sense to me. The contractor is typically paid for all direct costs (materials and labor) and probably some overhead. If they give up their 15% or so net profit, you give them 50% ownership?
