@Luca Giani

Hey Luca, I know you aren't looking in Cincinnati, Oh. But I can tell you, I have what you need and more at that price range (SFH and maybe a duplex). Let me know if you're interested in Cincinnati, another cash flow market!

@Raghavendra Kandukuri

Hi! I am an agent in Cincinnati, OH and I recommend this area! I also recommend househacking. You won't break even or cash flow, but you will have a place to live for a lot lower than you would paying a mortgage, or even rent, all on your own. Use 3.5% FHA loan, rent out the other unit, and that money will help pay for the mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc

@Jeffrey Sou

Hey Jeffrey, I recommend Cincinnati, OH. Landlord friendly city/state, lower price point to get into, good cash flow on the right property, etc. I sent you a message so we can get connected!

@Calvin Cheong

I suggest the midwest. I will say you will predominately be receiving cash flow, but an area like Cincinnati and Columbus you would see both. Let me know if you are interested in Cincinnati and I will be able to help you out!

@Adam Pervez

I agree with @Remington Lyman , you should build your core 4 and from there you can feel better about any market. Lower price for houses you could go to a midwest market, again pretty much what Remington said with the big Ohio cities

@Peter J Struck

It sounds like you're into cash flow. So I recommend all Ohio cities. The big 3 being Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus
