Hey guys

I recently was looking for the best real estate agent schedules and trying to implement that schedule as well, I have my license 7 months now , . Can anyone share a good schedule ?

Second thing I saw in many people schedule was cold calling , now I don’t mean to hurt anyone’s feelings , cause maybe I’m doing it wrong , but I always though cold calling was a waste of time , especially because most people do it at 8 or 9am. In the U.S , don’t most workers start work “8 or 9am ? “ so why would that be a good time to lead generate ? Door Knocking to me is a way better way since you get to interact and avoid people hanging up or rushing you off the phone so quick before you even share 1 word. Maybe I’m viewing or doing this whole cold calling thing wrong, can someone advice me on both concerns ?

Hey guys . I'm a licensed real estate agent trying to transition into a wholesaler , I just finished reading this amazing wholesaling book, and it kept saying there is advantage to wholesaling when your a real estate agent, correct me if I'm wrong since I'm new to this career,I'm in New York , and I rarely see discounted deals on the MLS , and secondly as a real estate agent who understands other agents mindset , why would another agent want to split on a discounted deal with another wholesaler, ... how would that even work for me to assign or double cross this deal if the agent is already on the person representing the seller ? 🤔🤔

Hey guys just a quick question, my name is Sam , 23 years old and licensed real estate agent, I started reading this wholesale book, and it suggested for me to set up a LLC or S-Corp , I'm already licensed as a real estate agent? Why would the books suggest this ? 🤔

Also does anyone have any advice on how I can become good at wholesale, particularly finding good deals, I fee like everyone always miss out the most important thing, which is how to find the good deals. Where is it? HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN AND WHERE TO GO!? off common sense I know I can’t just start running like a mad man around each town, can someone answer my first question and please advice me on my second without holding back the knowledge thank you 🙏🏾

@Jonathan Oh thank you so much for the wisdom, and yeah I have my license in real estate , but I can only see myself doing a job related to real estate and I don’t see any job I can do, I tried property management assistant but it’s thought to get in.
