It may be possible to eliminate some of the prospects if they are not truly motivated sellers. That could save a great deal of time.

Greetings Stuart! If you are going to be in town on December 7th the investor's club is having their Christmas get together.

There is a regional bank, Seacoast.  They have a few offices in central Florida. I'm not sure about farther south of me.
