My office in Addison off the toll road and keller springs does have medium sized confrance room. It is normally available weekday evening and weekends. I would be more than willing to reserve it for us.

Craigslist works. I use it often with some success. I would just be cautious not to post too much info. This is your property and you want to protect it.
