I have heard that white vinegar and water will remove wallpaper. Here is one link that show how to mix it http://www.diylife.com/2011/01/06/removing-wallpaper-vinegar/. This next link even shows how to use fabric softener http://www.painterclick.com/wallpaper_removal_home_recipe.htm.

You may ask an agent if they would pull the comps for you. There are some free sites that you may use but the information are sometimes delayed in being farmed by those sites.

Roddie Weddle, are you talking about why a rehaber would buy from a wholesaler? If so, check out http://www.dealmakerlibrary.com/why-do-rehabbers-buy-from-wholesalers.aspx but it just comes down to time. Maybe the rehaber doesn't have the time to beat around the bush looking for the deals.

Sean Price, If you already have it and have a broker you want to hang the license with. Go ahead and active it. You'll have access to the local MLS which would help you out in your wholesaling business. I'm also thinking of reactive my PA license and getting one for NY.

Brandon Turner, I would do a CMA for the area within last 3 to 6 months of sold homes close to the property. Than do the 70% rule with additional 20% off of the MAO. If I'm wrong let me know where I went wrong.
