Michael Wagner I'm back in the Falls having been away since 1980, when I got shipped out. I'm finally jumping into real estate investing. Focus is on doing wholesaling to start. Will be doing fix and flip also buying multiplex for passive income. Now I can use a meeting as an excuse to hit Popey's. I'll be looking into storage as a business.

James Hiddle I think that Richthofen Castle was under contract back in 2012 for 3.75M. Not sure if it went to closing.

It was sold for 3.49M in July 2012.

Brad Friesen you are welcome but I think they may have done the due diligence. Since supposedly they been flipping since the 1990's. They just brought it at the wrong time.
