Thanks. I sure will. I'm glad to hear that I'm not a lone in this area. There is one question that I have concerning REIA clubs. Are there any real estate investment clubs around this area.

Maybe we can get together for a cup of Tim Hortons and talk about real estate investment.

I had a PA real estate license which I was starting to do pretty good with it. I may or may not get one for the state of New York. Not sure if it's really needed. Was offered a job in computer security in WNY but after moving back to the Falls it didn’t work out. I have an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Forensics. May go back to college and finish getting my B.S. in computer security.

I’m aiming to have financial freedom from investing real estate. I'm aiming to use the real estate investing to help pay off both my wife's and my own student loans. I’m will be doing wholesaling for the first year or so and maybe try to do rehabs.

I first came across this site by doing searches for information dealing with wholesaling. I also saw a couple of posting over at flippinghomes so I decided to come over and see what is here. So far I’m very pleased in what I have found so far.

I'm working on how and what to say for the New Member Introductions and for the profile. Yes, I'm working on the my action plan, business plan, and setting up some goals for me to aim for.

The book was AWESOME or as J.J. Walker used to say "DYN-O-MITE!" For a free ebook it was full of useful information and helpful links.
