Gentleman, I am looking for a place to rent out in OKC. Looking for a 2 or 3br that offers a 5 month lease. Would like to find a place my Feb 10th. I work at Remington Park for the racing season so preferably something north of that.

Thanks!!!

20% down 10% on loan value, 30yr fixed w 10% interest. No balloon... When he closes on home he immediately owner finances it to you creating another closing. Regular closing costs. @Rohan J.

Daniel if you haven't found one yet I know of someone out here who will purchase the property of your choosing and than owner finance it to you for a double closing.

Hello, first time investors here. So after months of educating ourselves as much as possible myself and my business partner are ready to start looking for an agent in the Dallas area. Can anyone recommend any solid, honest, and hungry agents that work well with first time investors? Thanks, Ryne V.
