Our inventory is certainly lower, but Zillow does not always do a great job grabbing the mls feeds for multifamily. You probably are going to have better luck looking at realtracs.com, the consumer side of our MLS.

My El Paso folks,

I am currently looking for an agent or brokerage to work with for purchasing 20-50 homes in the El Paso area. These are for housing workers for one of our sister companies. We will need someone who is familiar and good with using Texas portability of license. This is an immediate need and are realistic on prices, all cash transactions with min. due dil. Not interested in fixer uppers, only turn key properties.

Thank you!

@Richard Lundy Jr

I highly recommend talking to a few to find one that best fits your goals and ambitions. Bradley Jackson with  Byers & Harvey is a great company, 931-206-3563. Let him know I sent you.

Ah, missed short term. Long term are doing great, but there is a huge demand for short term single family too. This is for a mixture of reasons, but the people I know doing it are doing really well. It is not a tourist city, but we do get a lot of travel and people move here.

I am a real estate agent, a local, and an investor in the area. Feel free to shoot me a DM and we can talk more.

@Pierce Wickens vacancy is almost zero if you are priced correctly and even some people are getting pretty high stretches for rent because we have a historically low inventory and super high demand.

Welcome Jacob,

I am a Clarksville native, investor and real estate agent that works primarily with investors. It is an exciting market with some very unique challenges right now. Happy to help anyway possible and provide realistic feedback in our area. I have successfully closed several this year close to the 1% rule, which is huge in the current conditions. Feel free to shoot me a message.

@Kendall Arriola Welcome to Clarksville and investing. Crazy market, but still opportunities, especially if you have favorable financing options like the VA loan. Just a quick note that FHA and VA require the property to be your primary residence, so you can't buy a place and live on base. That being said, its completely worth making the jump and going for it. Make sure you have a great lender who understands investing.
