I'm a new investor in need of a team and advise

My name is Danyale Martinez and I am new to realestate investing.I am a single mother of 5 amazing children and wanting them to have a better life is my motivation for wanting to invest in real estate. I currently reside in Clarksville, TN but i'm orginally from Nashville, TN. I  currently own 2 single family properties one in which I rent in Nashville and the other I currently live in. I am wanting to purchase a multi-family side by side duplex in Clarksville, Memphis or Jackson, TN. I'm in need of a Realtor, contractor and property management company to get the ball rolling. Any leads?

If you're looking at Clarksville, Jackson, Memphis then I'd recommend you either refinance your Nashville rental or sell it and do a 1031 exchange into one of the above mentioned markets. You probably have a ton of equity due to the price appreciation.
