Hi @Malachi Broughton, welcome to the forum.

A great place to get started and get local specific information is to join your local property investors association.

They have heaps of fantastic events are are great value

Ryan

is this still for sale? I can’t find a working link anywhere

@Mindy Jensen

What about within iTunes podcast app? The links never seem to go to the right place

I am finally reading the E-Myth revisited and I am loving it.

It makes me want to go and start a business, but all I can really think of the really fit the bill isn’t real estate related.

I can see how portions and principles could be applied to real estate investing, but not full scale franchised style business systems.

Has anyone out there made a truly repeatable real estate investment business?

I’m yet to read the E-Myth real estate investor, I’ve ordered it at the library

If you haven’t yet read Richest Man in Babylon, it’s a very simple read. Put aside 10% or your earnings and you will learn to live on 90% as if it is no different. With that 10%, figure out how to invest in real estate. Make it good and make it make money. She will be convinced
I listen to LOTS of the podcasts. I listen exclusively on the podcast app on my iPhone and it’s pretty terrible, both for creating playlists and for searching for specific podcasts. Listening to the double episode #300 I became interested in Tim Shiner and wanted to look up his podcast (221), but there is no way to search for that within the podcast app. It doesn’t even mention the show number in the brief, they’re simply dated, and I’ve got no idea how to find it. Anyone got a good way of searching for specific episode- or better still, a better app for listening on? Thanks

Sorry if you’ve already read this, but I think I posted in the wrong category. I’d love to get some help on this one Are there any books, or blogs, or webinars or anything out there about how to manage airbnb properties that anyone knows about? I’ve never done it before and potentially never will but I’d love to at least learn how to evaluate a deal and see what’s involved in running one.

Just looking to find out how to do comps in the area for pricing and how to work out vacancy rates. Just general info on how to run an Airbnb business

@Tony Kim that’s what I’ve always wanted to know. I’ve always thought it was near impossible to find cash flow positive properties, only to discover I’m talking about 100% lending and they’re talking about 80%. Turns out my deals look better than I thought
