Does anyone use the E-Myth philosophies to run their investments?

I am finally reading the E-Myth revisited and I am loving it.

It makes me want to go and start a business, but all I can really think of the really fit the bill isn’t real estate related.

I can see how portions and principles could be applied to real estate investing, but not full scale franchised style business systems.

Has anyone out there made a truly repeatable real estate investment business?

I’m yet to read the E-Myth real estate investor, I’ve ordered it at the library
