Elwin NZ never changes really. You need to:

1. Cultivate a couple of local agents till you find an investor friendly one

2. Set up trademe alert and check it every morning

3. Troll trademe and homesell and any local BOP papers online looking for private sellers. They will ALWAYS be your best bet for a deal.
