Not familiar with this structure where you can just switch from one property to the next. I've only seen folks invest with DST's, 1031's into their own property, or via TIC

Hey Jennifer, if you're unable to track down a property to exchange into yourself, perhaps consider 1031's into syndications. Definitely get a QI lined up!

A lot of investors are interested in 1031's into syndications from my experience so far this year.

If you're still within your 45 day period, you could exchange the balance into a syndication if they'll allow it. I know some will be happy to accommodate.

Hey Joe - no experience with them but if it's a true 1031 in a crowdfunding model it would be a TIC in all likelihood.

Yes you can, typically through a TIC.

Yeah you definitely can 1031 into a syndication, not all will allow it but I've definitely worked with a number of investors on things like this.

I live in LA as well and couldn't imagine buying a property here - especially considering the time constraints. I work with a lot of investors who ultimately decide to 1031 into a syndication - maybe an option here
