@Christian Tacto My office is having two meetups this month in Orange County.  I'll send you a direct message with the details.  Our niche is in fix and flip investing but the strategies at the meetup can be used for wholesaling, or buy and hold strategies as well!

I'd like to know more about these as well.  What I'd really like to find information on is how they appraise, compared to a stick-built home and also if the bank treats them any differently when lending.  I want to build these on lots in the Inland Empire of California and sell them but I want to ensure 1. they'll appraise like a stick-built home and 2. my buyers will be able to get financing.  Thanks for any and all info you find on this!

Thanks @David Cowan I'm still searching for the easiest property report generator.  Bigger Pockets actually has one that allows me to test for up to 5 uses before I have to upgrade to Plus or Pro to keep using the tool.  I might have to use that for future reports until I find a good app.  Let me know how Property Fixer Pro works for your needs, as I know you like to wholesale!

Hi there @Milad Sadeghian!  What area of Real Estate Investing interests you the most?

Hi all, I'm not a Mac or iPhone user (but my partner is) and he uses an app called Property Fixer Pro in order to generate the customized report for our private money investors on fix and flip projects.

What can you recommend for a droid guy? I want to be able to upload pictures, calculate ROI for fix and flip and/or development deals. My google searches aren't yielding much for a template but is there a Google Play Store app and/or website that I can access to enter the property information and it spits out the report? What are the best options?
