Hello Everyone, 

My name is David and I am new to the real estate game.  I am currently researching and preparing to invest into Tax Liens and Tax Deeds.  This is my first attempt into real estate and I very excited to get my feet wet.  I have my MBA and currently work for an apparel company in Cypress California as a Senior Analyst.  So I am great at research and analysis.  

I would love to bounce ideas off of others with some experience in this area and who wouldn't mind sharing their thoughts with me. Looking forward to exploring the site.
