I love the depth of knowledge and awareness people have on this platform and in this thread!

Recession or not, it all comes down to what your unit is doing, the country can economically collapse, but if you still have cash flow, it's not a recession for you. There are 400 different types of markets in the USA, in any situation, some have to keep going up.

Message me and I will share my ideas about what you can do with your money, and you will come net positive regardless of the overall market collapse or keep rising.

P.S. Never forget, famous people you are following has to speak for general audience. I guarantee you that, they are also buying real estate every month with their money. but sneakily.

Florida is a great place to invest.

Are you only looking for STR or also single-family LTRs?

Hello Chinmayi,

Investing across the country can be scary, if I were you, I would find a trustworthy mentor to lead you as per your current financial situation and future goals.

That's how I started a couple of years back.

Hello Jacob,

I am quite far in the bay area, but looking at fellow Californians, just wanted to leave a comment.

Jesse,

Can I ask if you are buying to house hack or buying as a purely passive investment?

Hello Kgodisho,

Not sure, if your post will get much attention on BP, as most people here are from America. Are you also looking for investment in the USA?

Your image is blurry and zoomed out. Can you reshare it with readable quality?

Hello Luka,

Everything you have mentioned is a good approach already, however, why reinvent the wheel when there are enough resources online showing all the data!!

The best way forward can be to have a mentor who has done it already and lead you. Can I ask if you are trying to be a passive investor or actively flip houses?

@Zach Lemaster has a company that does all the behind-the-scene work for investors such as finding a good market, running numbers, managing properties, etc, and selling those properties at market value. That can be a great start for you.

Feel free to contact me if you want to talk in depth.
