Yes, doing the first deal with people with proven track records is the best way to guarantee success. That's how I did it. I can connect you with some of the experts I know.

Can I ask, if you have done your first deal already or looking for the right people to work with?

Great to see you doing so great at an early age. If you are completely new, would you like to wet your toes by buying cash-flowing properties first? Have you thought about that?

Hello Joe,

Investing in first property can be scary and better done with experienced people. $60,000 is an excellent amount to start. If you want, I can connect you with some of the great people in the business. I started with them too.

Speaking of Maine not being a populated place, yes, an increase in population and business opportunities are top-most factors that affect the price of real estate. RentToRetirement is a great platform to find out-of-state investment properties.

Chad,

Good to see you are trying to wet your feet in real estate, if it's really your first time, it's not a good idea to take advice in pieces. Everyone has their own personal and financial situations as well as their own goals and risk taking preferences.

Find an expert who is willing to give you hand and lead you. Understand your situation and advise accordingly. Message me if you would like that and I will connect some of the experts I know, helped me, with you.

Snehann,

Questions related to government laws, better consult experts directly instead of taking random people's advice in pieces and put them together. There enough lawyers provide free consultation for first hour. I can connect them with you, if you message me.

Can you elaborate on your plans?

Are you trying to invest in real estate?

Yes. I would like to start with real estate to build my wealth and investment portfolio. My goal with real estate is to Get my financial freedom so I can focus on the companies I want to build to add to the cash machine. I'm currently looking for my core 4 in the Eau Claire. WI area. Apologies for being unclear.

Hello Elisha,

Achieving financial independence is a great step towards having the freedom to start your business. Diving into real estate is a great step toward achieving financial freedom. Keep in mind, that your patience will be tested, things take time, but if done right, success is almost guaranteed in real estate. I am working towards similar goals btw. @Zach Lemaster and his company called RentToRetirement are helping me a lot with it.

Why don't you direct message me and I will help you by sharing the contact info of my mentors?

Thank you,

Ruchit

Quote from @Nerlande Joseph:

Hi Richie

I definitely would like to connect with your team.
Cape Coral and Jacksonville are on top of my list and now, Tampa too since it has been recommended.

They are not "my team" to be precise, but more like my mentors and the people, I trust to invest with.

Shoot me a connection request and direct message after that, I will provide their contact info.

Hello Nerlande,

I personally invest in Cape Coral and things are going great. I can connect with that team if you like. The way events in recent years have played out, some of the areas of Florida are giving very unique opportunities for great appreciation and cash flow, both.

I work long hours too and still, it's possible to make a great investment if you know the right people.
