Clarksville, TN market info/advice

Looking for people who are familiar with the Clarksville area. We are looking to purchase our first rental soon (already pre-approved) and would like some direction on what neighborhoods to look at and stay away from.  Also open to hearing about property management, contractor, and investor-friendly realtors recommendations. 


I appreciate any input.
