@Christopher Blanco we've outsources ours and have some in-house that we also outsource to close investors. I consider the BP community a close community. Give me a shout if it's a good fit, we'll give you a good match. (investedtalent.com)

@Chuck Hupert I've been using virtual assistants for about 5 years now and they are a game changer, but I couldn't agree more, they are only as good as your systems and how well they are trained. Don't overlook what @Taylor L. mentioned above :)

Would you mind sharing the company you are using?  Selfish request, I use my own and train real estate VAs in-house and we've placed a few to some close partners. I'm always curious as to what is out there for us to refine our procedures. :P  Feel free to inbox me if you'd like to keep it private. Thanks pal!

Hello BP nation! Excited to host our growing OPT meetup outside of Georgia for the 5th time in New York City as we look to finish the  beginning of the 3rd quarter!

We'd like to build on goals/strategy/ partnerships discussed since our last mastermind as a group and consult one another on strategies we are choosing to execute on and receive direct pointers from the group as well as potential partnerships! These meetups are for anyone who realizes that 'teamwork makes the dream work', regardless of experience in real estate. You either have a skill/knowledge, money or time to offer and/or could use another’s in return.

Agenda

1) What has worked since our last meetup? What hasn't? What are you looking to add or remove from those experiences?

2) Is this the best course of action? What else can you do? (Open advice / consulting from the group)

'The best collaborations happen when two people offer each other a mutual benefit that supports both parties.' I look forward to seeing you all there to carry momentum into the third quarter!

Big Topics of discussion from the last mastermind:

1) Out of State Investing (licensed in Georgia)

2) Baby Syndications

3) BRRR investing

4) Investing in pockets of New York / New Jersey

5) Virtual Assistance

* We'll have a sign on the table if you're lost, text or call me directly upon your arrival and I'll be glad to greet you! * 925-209-3686

"The OPT meetup mastermind was inspired by my first deal I made with an investor from Bigger Pockets. I imagined...what if I had multiple of these quality partnerships? OPT's mission is to offer the very same opportunity for all of us." - Ruben

Hi - we're looking to give some of our VAs more hours, they are professionally trained to prospect leads, outbound/ inbound cold calls, follow-up, skip trace, contract to close tasks, etc. If this interests you shoot me a message and/or text, it'd be a win-win for everybody.

Hello BP nation! Excited to host our growing OPT meetup outside of Georgia for a 4th time in New York City as we look to finish the first quarter strong!

We'd like to build on goals/strategy discussed since our new year kickoff mastermind in January and as a group consult each other on strategies we are choosing to execute on and receive direct pointers from the group as well as potential partnerships! @Heath Ryans sorry for not seeing this earlier, next time we will do it at a separate venue, turned out no body could get access to the floor so I look forward to connecting more offline. How did you find the overall event?

Thanks for the follow up.

@Justin Fraser looks like I wasn't the only one thinking this. I'll be down there this weekend as well - see my post from yesterday, I was considering putting a meetup together but will be short on time with all the shenanigans going on this weekend. I was hoping maybe we could all take advantage of the Day 2 - 10X Networking Party  on the outfield...maybe comment on here or on my post on where we will be on the field and create a mini BP huddle? Thoughts? In case I don't make what you guys might organize this next busy weekend it would be atleast a pleasure to meet y'all at the networking event @Gabriel Amedee :)
