Utilizing a Virtual Assistant

Hello everyone! I was recently approached by a Virtual Assistant (VA) company with an offer to handle my companies lead generation (mainly cold calling, email marketing, and managing a social media presence). If they can do what they say they can I believe they are well worth the investment for the price I was quoted, but I'm curious if any other investors in the forum use VA's and what their experiences with them have been. Thanks ahead of time guys!
