This is great feedback = thank you.  We are working on finding a local land broker now. 

Would it be helpful to know if the land has trees that can be harvested too?  Is that something of interest?  In my eyes, if you have to clear the land - why not make a little more money from it right?  Or is this too much work?

We are in the process of getting approx 50 buildable acres (in a great location) under contract.

We will be presenting this to potential developers & learning as we go.

When we are putting our packet together to present - what kind of information should we include?  What type of information do you look for when someone presents information to you?
