We are in the process of selling a piece of vacant land that we have had for a while. In your opinion what is the best way to do the deal. Should we do a quit claim deed or go through a title company? Is there another, better way that we are not aware of?

Oh yeah, we already have the buyer and price negotiated.

Hi - we recently listened to a podcast on mobile home parks & can't find it now.  Can anyone help us figure out which one it is please?  It was about buying mobile home parks & what to look for.  I can't remember the guys name, but I think the show was done in the last couple of months.

  how do you use a HSA to buy real estate?

Are there any other questions we can answer on this right now?  We are going to be talking with a local surveyor this week to learn more about the development opportunities & costs involved with this.  Any tips on what we should ask the surveyor?
