Attn: Land Developers - what information do you look for when someone presents an opportunity to you?

We are in the process of getting approx 50 buildable acres (in a great location) under contract.

We will be presenting this to potential developers & learning as we go.

When we are putting our packet together to present - what kind of information should we include?  What type of information do you look for when someone presents information to you?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated - thank you!
