Hi - we are building our business on top of both of us working full time & having a young family. We love what BP has to offer, but we aren't able to dedicate enough time to it as we would like.  So, in looking to be the most efficient & effective with our time what tips & tricks would you suggest for using BP?  Any tips are much appreciated - thank you in advance!

We are Rich Dad Students.  While I agree with many of the comments above & have had many of the same thoughts, I will say that the Rich Dad classes have introduced us to a whole new world that we didn't even know existed before.

Yes - there is a wealth of information online to help you learn, but part of the problem is that for us we didn't even have a clue on where to start.  

Like many, time is a challenge for us both working full time & having a young family - all while trying to grow our business. 

The 3 day Rich Dad classes provided a crash course for us.  They also gave us the opportunity to focus 3 days solely on education & networking.  When we are at home, it seems that there is always something else getting in the way.  By going to the classes, it also helps us to get energized & focus more on what we want.

I can see both sides to this, but for us the Rich Dad classes have helped us realize that there is a whole other world out there.  We are making our way slowly, but surely & now realize that we have many more options than we previously thought.  

I understand that nothing beats real world experience, but I like to be kind of safe in my gambles & feel better once I have a little education to back my decisions.  Attending the Rich Dad classes gave us the basics, to gain the confidence to move forward.  We are now in the process of wholesaling our first 2 deals & gaining more "real world" knowledge every day.  We would not be where we are today in our real estate journey if it wasn't for Rich Dad.

This is a great string!  We are just getting started ourselves & are currently working on wholesaling our first few deals.  We have goals of purchasing more properties as we grow.  Thanks for the tips!
