Easier to get loans with a steady W2 but like everything it depends. Gotta find if this is your passion first, gotta try a BRRR. The you will know how to proceed

I am one who have decided to live an expat life once I hit 40 (29 now). There are tons of resources out there, as this is a difficult choice for those in relationships, kids, family, ect. If your a family person I would add Caribbean and South American locations as well to be closer to the USA if need be. You have the WHY just need the detailed plan. Good luck 

Great insight on this post. As a service member what is the average time you expect for a tenant to stay at your property? I would expect the 3-4 years we spend at a station exceeds the normal tenant turnover? Am I wrong?
