I currently have a fha loan and i am getting it refinanced to conventional so that i can rent it out, does anybody know much about 203k loans and how they work?

Eric La Pratt can you enlighten me on the process for the 203 k loans? I have been thinking about going that route but dont know enough info about them

Brett Brown do you have any advice on the best way to fund buy and holds and how much cash to have saved personally? I am debating getting another property with a mortgage but I have also heard that some owner financing options are better.
