Real Estate License - Tax Write-Off For My Business?
My wife and I currently hold two rental properties in our LLC. We are going to continue to purchase buy and holds as well as begin flipping houses. We both are going to get our real estate license. Not just to save money our own purchases but because we have a lot of interest in being agents. Is this something I could pay for via my LLC and write-off as a business expense? I'm leaning towards no but wanted some input from others.
Thanks
