I sent out about 500 mailers a couple of weeks ago & I got a good amount of calls. I am working on closing 2 deals out of about 15 calls that came in. Each deal if closed would result in 16k each in income. Some of the sellers are motivated, some aren't yet. But that's with any leads you get.

If you have any specific questions feel free to reach out.

Hi Phillip,

Both are an option. If the property meets my criteria then I will keep it, flip or rent. If not then wholesale it.

Well not exactly, I'm not low balling newly renovated homes that owners are looking for top dollar. Mainly properties that need work & have been sitting on the market for a long period of time. Thanks for the contact for Phil!

Hi there,

I'm looking for a Realtor that can help me make offers everyday on MLS & HUD properties in the Las Vegas Area. We would be making 15-20 properties a day. If you or anyone you know would be interested please reach out.

Thanks!

Hi, I'm a wholesaler currently living in Los Angeles but will be moving to Las Vegas in the next couple of months. I'm already generating leads in Clark County and I'm looking to work with an experienced wholesaler that knows the in's & outs already.

I just did my 1st deal in Los Angeles and already have a system there. Looking to build one in Vegas.

Also any Realtors, lenders, & other professionals I would like to connect with as well.

Have a great profitable day!

Hello Ron, I'm not sure, but Taft is a tough place to buy in my opinion.  If there's any town that booms and busts with oil, it's Taft.  Right now it's a ghost town and there's very little work there for prospective renters.  But, in the good times it's a boom town and there's not enough housing.

Thanks for the response. That could mean you could find some deals right now if the numbers worked out. The vibe I got from Mike was as if it's a nasty place or something because of the YUCK lol.
