If anyone is reading this old thread please know Dale has many lawsuits against him now for multi scams and assisted living was his hook.

You can verify this by going to New Mexico Court Case Lookup website and entering Dales name. He’s being sued by many people.

I totally agree with Jay. People should not just sit back and take being taking advantage of. Dale Hensel who was in a podcast with BP has cheated me and several other investors out of 100’s of thousands of dollars. I’ve told my story in hopes it saves other hardworking folks money. No room in this world for a criminal.

You won't get but around a 1 year warranty from most people if it's a rental. But most areas have several companies that do refinishing work on that type of stuff
