Follow up on Podcast Episode 179 with Dale Hensel

So last Thursday I met with Dale Hensel for a couple of whirlwind hours and he definitely lived up to his reputation for high intensity.

We talked about a property that I am acquiring and he gave me some great points to ponder. Next we talked about his current goal of acquiring and / or building assisted living facilities. Dale really has this niche figured out. We reviewed numbers and I am more than impressed. It is obvious that he has worked out the specifics and is not going into this hoping that it will work out. 

We went to a local builder to look at some building designs and I am certain that excellent facilities can be provided to under served markets with a minimum of difficulty. There is huge opportunity here. I have to admit that Dale has me seriously considering Assisted Living Facilities as an alternative to multi-family properties. The return on investment and the growing demand for the facilities are hard to ignore.

I just listened to Dale's podcast, it was amazing. I had to stop working and take down some notes! I'd love to follow this feed to learn about this avenue. I'm very new to investing, and I'd like to pick up as much as I can. The more options the better.
