@Andrew Steffens hey thank you for the reply. I wanted to see some creative ideas aside from the normal mls. I am still using the MLS but, I wanted to see if there are any other ideas!

Quote from @Michael Baum:

Hey @Roman Katz, you can list it in the classifieds section, where this post should have landed. :)

How do I change which section it is listed in?

Hello Bigger Pockets! I have an off market Short Term Rental that is furnished and it is projected to generate over 75,000 this year. I wanted to see if anyone has any creative ideas for finding a buyer other than MLS and Facebook investing groups before it goes live. If you have any ideas please let me know and thank you in advance!

I am not for sure on this but it looks like they are building it up. I see a pretty big project of 120,000 sf on 63rd and prospect. That might have something to do with it!

not sure where in the midwest you are looking, but I suggest running through the property with at least 3 general contractors that you trust. You can get their bids and use who ever you trust the most or whoever is the most cost effective. I would also read how to estimate rehab costs I can't remember who's book it is but it breaks down all repair costs. If you are ever free to call I would love to talk and help you best I can!

Hello flippers! I am a realtor and I am trying to set normal people with normal jobs financially free in the fastest cheapest easiest ways possible. I was just talk to a rehabber today and told me about how quickly you guys expect your houses to sell. Are most of you guys agents, or do you have an agent that sells them for you, or are you just doing fsbo? If you do fsbo what are some of the pros to that? If you use an agent what have been your cons?

I am currently trying to hear everyones stories about their investment journey. If you have been investing for awhile I would love to hear how you started, how its going, your biggest downfall, and the things you wish you had never done. For New investors I would love to hear what you think will be important on your mission to becoming an investor. I would also love to hear why you started and what could help you through your journey.

Hello! I am a real estate agent in KCMO and I am working on becoming the go to agent for new investors. I will be known for setting people financially free within 10 years. As a part of that I need to find off market deals constantly. If you wholesale or know anyone that does please contact me or if you have any other ideas on sourcing off market properties let me know. I want you to be part of my success!
