Post: Helping New investors achieve fi

I have been spending a lot more time on BiggerPockets and would love to narrow down my niche. I started thinking about what I could do and the more and more I think about it the more I want to help new investors. I want to be known for turning normal people into people who are truly financially free within 10 years. I want to immerse myself with knowledge so I can help anyone achieve financial freedom whether they are right out of highschool with no money or have had a corporate job for years and finally want to enjoy their lives. With that being said if anyone would like to call, meet face to face, or have any videos, podcasts, or books I would love to hear from you. I will dedicate an hour of my day to learning everything there is. Before you ask no I am not financially free. I am however, working my way up to becoming financially free. Within the next 6 months I should have my first short term rental. Hopefully with your help I can achieve this goal and maybe even help you in the process!

Quote from @Eliott Elias:

If the neighborhood you’re describing, is anything like where I invest (C/D class) the property is going to be a headache for a long time. Is it worth the potential?

How come you deal with c/d class properties? are they worth the potential?

I would love the opportunity to host some sort of lunch or meeting that would be for locals trying to get started investing, current investors, people talking about their roses and thorns in investing, etc. I just don't know how to structure it. I am newer to real estate and have only heard of these lunches. If anyone has any ideas or wants to attend please reach out or just reply!

@Bruce Woodruff it’s more of me not paying a lease and helping them take care of their property for them for Airbnb so yes they furnish I will transform their earnings to 25% higher and keep the house in better condition!

Hello! I am trying to get my foot into the door with AirBnB with people who already do long term rentals. My idea is to call people with long term rentals and ask if they would like to switch their long term rental into an AirBnb. They would have high margins with this opportunity I just don't know how I can pitch this idea. I would furnish their rental for them through their funds and take care of their customers. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to make this idea a reality or if it is even worth trying to make a reality?

I’m a new agent and I am only 18 years old. I just got my license and don’t know how to network. I am scared people won’t take an 18 year old serious. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get a home sold or bought. If you have any tips on how to meet people, gain their trust, seem like you know what you’re doing, generate leads through social media, or anything else please let me know!

Hey!

Im taking a trip down to Oklahoma City this November. Once I graduate high school I plan on becoming an agent in Oklahoma City. If you are an agent, broker, flipper, investor or just want to network please contact me! I would love to be able to learn as much as I can about everything I can before I decide to get my license for Oklahoma.

If anyone has an Airbnb or rental property that is vacant in November please let me know and we can work out the price for the weekend!

I am 17 years old going into my senior year of high school. I plan on going straight from high school into real estate. I have around 2 weeks before school starts where I can work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If anyone could take me under their wing I would greatly appreciate it. Once school starts I can work in the mornings for around 2 hours. If you have any availability or know anyone who does please let me know!
