I’m a little to the south of you. There can by good deals, but the competition is high now.

And, when looking to purchase, it’s always a good idea to check with the city for water/past liens.

I won a property at auction that had over 3,000 dollars in past water liens that didn’t show up in the search because it was rural and Was never sent in.

@Kristin Kiddy is there a company/person  you suggest to work with in the Daytona area?

Michael  Kelton from Deland is a good attorney.

Hello!

To start off, I want to thank Josh and Brandon for making this site.

I have been listening to the podcasts and reading the forum posts for a while now.

The amount of knowledge is just amazing.

I am a young ‘investor’, proud owner of one rental, in central Florida.

Recently I have been looking into Foreclosure and Tax Deed Sales.

The amount of information needed to make the leap to bid is daunting, to say the least.

Is there anyone in the BP community who is familiar with purchasing foreclosures and/or Tax Deed Sales who could provide a helping hand?

Or even any books that could be suggested??

Thank you!
