Hi everyone,

BP Developer here. I am having trouble reproducing the error and was hopping to get a little more information to help me troubleshoot. Could you send me the following:

• The phone model
• The OS
• The browser
• What network condition you are uploading the image with (wifi, 3g, etc)
• And, if possible, a copy of the image (PM me and I’ll send you my email address)

I'm having trouble reproducing the issue. I tried one small thing just as a shot in the dark. Could you check again to make sure your still having issues then let me know which OS and version of safari/firefox you are using?

I'll look into the issue some more. I haven't been able to recreate the issue locally, so it has been difficult to troubleshoot. Which web browsers are you using?
