@Laddie Batla,

Check out http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2012/12/02/awesome-things-i-didnt-know-about-biggerpockets/

Some of the info is dated but I think that it will help you out...

You might also take a look at http://biggerpockets.com/tour

Hey,

It shouldn't be too difficult and I think it's a good idea. I'll add it to the list "future ideas".

@Roy N.,

We don't use an xmpp server for chat but I'll see what it would take to integrate something...

@Jerry Puckett,

There should be a click noise when you receive a chat message on newer browsers. I purposely choose something I thought would be non-intrusive so I'm not sure if your not hearing it because there is something I did wrong, your using an older browser or just not noticing it. Which browser are you using?

Also, the colleague list should work significantly better now.

@Steve Babiak,

Thanks for bringing to my attention that the chat in mobile safari acts very strange right now. I'll get it fixed!

Thanks @Roy N., @Jerry Puckett and everyone for the feedback.

Re the contact list order:  Definitely still working on it. It has issues right now...

Background color based on status: Good idea.  I'll bring it up to our graphics designer.

Colleague status alert: I'll add it to my todo list.

Groups organization: I want to implement this... It's just a matter of deciding how far reaching it is and time. Won't be available for the initial release of the chat but it's on the drawing board.

Group chat: The backend is ready for group chats. Front end is not and won't be for the initial release, but it's in the works.

Thanks again for the feedback. Keep it coming!

Sorry Demar. You would have to upgrade to continually use the calculator.
