Problems with adding Colleagues

@Joshua Dorkin  I am having problems adding more colleagues.  When I am logged into my account it won't let me delete old request or add new ones.  It says that I have reached my max when I try to add someone, and when I try to delete a old request it says it was successful but then they still appear under the pending request.  Is anyone else having problems with adding colleagues?
