If I was you, I might send a colleague request to start the conversation.  You can do so by going to her profile http://www.biggerpockets.com/users/wendyn and clicking on connect, then clicking on send a colleague request.

@Maria Scott

It looks like you didn't enter a value for Desired Cash on Cash Return. If you enter some non-zero value you should get better results. I'll update the calculator to handle a 0 value in this field.

Hi @Maria Scott

I'll take a look and get back to you shortly

@Pyrrha Rivers

I am sorry to read that your having issues. You might try starting your web browser with all plugins disabled. If that doesn’t work or you need instructions on how to do that, let me know which OS (Operating System) and web browser you using.

Hi @Benjamin S.

The place to do this is on the marketplace.

@Matt Faix

It looks like you have an unread mention.  Once you view a mention (you can find it by hovering over your profile picture found on the top right) that alert will remove its self.

That said, I'll make the alert less distracting in the near future.

Thank you @Mark Brogan

I will do exactly that. I don't know if it makes a difference but that quote included cutting up and replacing part of the driveway.

Also, I already signed a contract to lease out my current house so I "get" to live with in laws for a bit of this lengthens the time before I can move in or the deal falls though...

Hello. I'm buying my second property, a foreclosed house from Fannymae. I just found out there is concrete in the sewer line roughly 20 inches from the toilet. The seller offered 5k off the price but my first quote to get it fixed was 8k. I asked my agent to see if we can get the full 8k but I'd really like the seller to fix it and keep the price as is. Does anyone here have any experience or reconditions for this situation? Thanks

If you add quotes around your search term, our search system will prioritize results with that exact string of words.
