Issue with system.

When sending messages (even when personalizing a colleague request) I am getting a notice saying that I cannot create more than 10 messages outside of my colleague base a month. I don't think that I have sent more than 10 messages to people outside of my colleague base. Also I got this message when composing a message to a colleague as well. @Joshua Dorkin I even tried private messaging you and got the same response.
