I’m currently building a high end 5 unit apartment building in Kennebunkport Maine. The goal is to keep one unit for personnel use and Airbnb the remaining units out. I plan on doing Home exchanges to enjoy traveling more abroad.

@Eric A.

I’m still in the renovation stage. I’ll open spring of 2018

In my area I have both Lowe's and Home Depot within 1 mile of me. It seems like Lowes is more geared toward the homeowner and Home Depot caters more to contractors and has a much wider selection.

Theatre Arts from the acting hotbed U of Maine. Trust me, I use my degree every day.

I think it's your betrayal of someone who's done something very nice for you that is upsetting people

@Francesco Barbati

I did read your entire post and I come to the same conclusion. You are a scum bag. When you said you were totally renovated his apartment and he doesn't even know about it. I would have you in court so fast your head would spin. And when you ask questions in the open forum expect the good bad and the ugly. If you want legal advise consult an attorney.

So what you're saying is someone has been nice enough to rent you an apartment at below market rate and now you want to take advantage of their kindness? Scumbag
I use it, it's a little slow and you really have to educate your tenants to start the process prior to the day the rent is due. It's not unusual to 4-7 days
Possibly a Meter issue. the water company will probably tell you everything but the truth. I had the same issue and once the meters were changed things turn back to normal.
